Psychology/HR
Understanding people, to help them do their best work.
Why
It started as a personal interest in understanding people and grew into a desire to help them. My areas of interest are productivity, life optimisation, discipline, motivation, work-life balance, self-improvement, and development. I try to apply what I study to help people live better, because I believe that change happens in small ways.
One individual, one family, one society, one generation, and eventually the whole world.
I believe everyone's potential is yet to be uncovered, and that people perform best when the right conditions exist: an internal mindset and an external environment.
I want to apply the same thinking on a bigger scale — inside organisations. Helping teams perform at their best while keeping the people in them happy and satisfied is what draws me to roles such as People Operations, Training & Development, and Consultancy.
